Jazz Junction has hit the entertainment world by storm and is the perfect addition to any event - public, private or as corporate entertainment. The core of this sophisticated jazz ensemble consists of Alice Harvey on vocals and Eugene Portman on piano and together they make the perfect jazz duo. Their music seems to both blend in to and bring to life any social environment, whether it is a corporate event, 21st birthday party, wedding or a just a family barbeque.

Most of their music is a blend of blues, swing and jazz along the lines of Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Dinah Washington and Billy Holliday. All this is packaged with a selection of more modern numbers by the likes of Duffy, Amy Winehouse and Norah Jones.

Alices voice and Eugene's piano playing seem as one and did so right from their very first rehearsal. Eugene's playing leaves Alice's musical creativity enough space to breath while giving the impression that it is more than just a piano accompanying her. If you listen carefully you get the feeling that you can hear a double bass and drums driving the whole thing along.

The duo line up can easily be extended to include bass, drums and sax. This flexibility allows an event organiser to choose a line up that fits both the allotted space and their budget. If you do go for the duo (the smallest line up option) it will usually costs around £480 depending factors such as time, location etc. and you will only need an area 1 metre X 1.5 metres.
